We need a cloud-based platform that can integrate with Zapier and that does all of the following things. We are open to using/modifying existing platforms if the price is reasonable. This platform is for law firms to be able to track cases from lead, through the matter, to conclusion. It needs to be able to:
1. Offer Lead pipeline via a Kanban view. 2. Offer automations for each stage of the pipeline that allows for marketing emails, tasks, etc. 3. Has additional pipelines that can be customized to track the flow of cases once onboarded. 4. Allow for workflows that create tasks and events for employees for cases as they progress through pipelines. 5. Have a project management functionality so that each case can be managed in more depth through the pipeline, including document management. 6. Document management needs to include the ability to run templates and have documents generated based on custom fields in the platform. 7. Clients need to be given access to their project via portal so they can follow the progress, the tasks, documents, and events associated with their project. 8. Our staff needs to be able to bill their time to project matters, which will then need to be invoiced to the client based on the amount of time billed at each employee's unique billable hourly rate. 9. The system needs email integration so that emails are also saved to projects. The emails also need to track time so that the time spent on the email is billed to the correct project. 10. The platform needs calendar functionality so that each employee has a calendar that is viewable by all other employees (but not customers) 11. The platform also needs a chat/dm/conversation aspect so that messages can be shared among the employess. It also needs to have this ability within projects so that customers can communicate with their assigned attorney. 12. Ideally, the platform would be integrated with telephony, with each call transcript being saved to the correct project along with the time spent on the call being billed to the client. 13. Even better, the platform would integrate with FB, Insta, and Google such that a lead in the CRM could be directly marketed to until they become a client. 14. The platform also needs robust reporting ability so that management can track progress of employees, and so employees can track their own progress, including total billable hours
