Im looking for a laravel programmer to develop backend for our system.

Our system is a basically a web based system preferably built using laravel 8 and above.

The system is actually constructed to enable user to monitor project flows from beginning to end.

This system consists of 3 parties inclusive of 1 core user and 2 viewers.

1. The process will start after the core user register the project.

2. over the period of time, this project will progress from 1 stage to another.

3. At every stage, any progress updated by the core user will be notified by system to the viewers. (notification medium : email/web)

4. After the project end. Close project.

System will handle subscriptions of Core users/users.

the basic module of the system is in the attachment.

Notes : The front end design is already complete. we just need assistance on the backend part.
