My company is searching for a reliable and trusted Wordpress development team to build a basic Wordpress 10-15 page Wordpress website as a trial for an ongoing relationship. The hired subcontractor will be paid $350 for this initial project. If the initial project proceeds satisfactorily, the new team could receive between 3 and 5 new Wordpress websites per month as well as many miscellaneous projects and the occasional larger ($10,000+ project). We are looking to mostly replace our current team, and it is imperative that all applicants thoroughly meet the following criteria. Note: Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet ALL of the criteria below:
- Willingness to work for at least 75% of business hours, Eastern Standard Time
- Thorough fluency in English, with good grammar and spelling expected
- Same-day email response times (on business days), preferably within a half hour in most cases
- Willingness to communicate primarily via email. Phone calls or WhatsApp may be occasionally necessary.
- Clear/final price estimates for all projects - no negotiations. We want your reasonable, best price right from the beginning, and do not barter.
- The contractor must stand behind their work. If the product is faulty in any way, the subcontractor must stand behind their work and correct it at no additional cost.
- Thorough and robust security practices. The subcontractor must maintain confidentiality with all of our clients (i.e. they must not disclose any client information to anyone)
- Transparency and thoroughness with all communication. All parameters of the project must be clearly and concisely outlined from the beginning
- Ability to meet timelines in all circumstances besides the most unusual. If deadline cannot be met for whatever reason, that reason as well as an updated timeline must be given well in advance.
- Willingness to take on additional projects (quoted separately) and meet rush deadlines when necessary
